以前の記事で公表？した、お客様から受けた質問についてご紹介したいと思います。あれから時間がたってしまったので結構忘れてしまいましたが・・・
今回はクルーズ船のオプショナルツアーで受けたものですが、一定期間公開後、パスワード保護をかけますのでご了承ください。
一応英語で記載しますが、私の英語ですのであまりあてにしないようにお願いします(笑)
１．How is the rate of the hydro power plants in Japan?
→It is about 10% of entire Japanese power plants. The most dominant one is the thermal power plants, which is about 80％. On the other hand, the rate of nuclear power plant is only 1％ now after the Fukushima incident in 2011. Before then, it was about 30%. Only 7 nuclear power plants are working now (as of April 2018).
この質問に続いて、
①火力発電はガスが多いのか石油が多いのかを聞かれました。答えはガスです。
②Yoshiの住んでいるところは揺れたか、津波はどうだったのかを聞かれました。
２． What type of trees are growing in yellow green part in the mountain?
→They are naturally grown trees like ｍaples, a wide variety of oak trees, Magnolias, Hemlock spruce, pine trees and so on. In the dark green parts are Japanese cedars and cypresses and most of them were planted about 50 years ago. About 60% of entire mountains in Wakayama prefecture are planted, and about 40% of mountains in Japan are planted. Thanks to them, about 30% of Japanese are suffering from hey fever and now is the peak season of cypress pollen.
この時季は新緑の季節でしたので、黄緑と深緑の部分がはっきりと分かれており、説明がしやすかったです。
３．What about the healthcare in Japan? How much do you have to pay when you go to see the doctor?
→I have to pay 30% of the doctor’s fee. It depends on how old you are. For example, from 3 years old to 69 years old have to pay 30%, from 70 to 74 have to pay 10%.
これは意表を突かれた質問で、はっきり言って答えがたどたどしくなり、ここまで答えるので精いっぱいでした。 ただ、あとで調べたら仕組みはもっと複雑で、以下のような内容でした。
３歳未満は２割、３歳～69歳は３割。70歳～74歳でも一定額以上所得者は３割。一定額以上所得者とは、同一世帯の70歳以上の国民健康保険加入者の中に、課税所得が145万円以上の人がいる世帯の人。但し、70歳以上の国民健康保険被保険者の前年の収入合計が、2人以上の場合は520万円未満、1人の場合は383万円未満のときは、申請により1割負担になります。
・・・これはわたしの英語で説明できません。というか、日本語でも分かりにくいですよね。
ちなみに、あまりにも答えがそっけなかったので、年金のことについて少しお話しました。お客様が比較的年配の方が多かったためか、この話題を少ししただけでバスの車内が急に「ガヤガヤモード」に突入したのは面白かったです。
あと、日本のhair cutはいくらかを聞かれました。
他にもたくさんの質問を受け、その受けた質問を携帯のメモアプリに入れていたのですが、翌月のツアー中に携帯を落として割ってしまうというハプニングがあり、データも飛んでしまったため思いだせません・・・すみません。
