県は、新型コロナウイルスの感染に不安を感じている無症状の県民を対象にした無料検査を６月末まで１ヶ月延長すると発表したそうです。
以前にもお伝えしたかと思いますが、無症状者から感染をさせたという論文は発表されていません。また、検査には高額な費用がかかります。
通常の感染症では、ピークが来た後に急激に感染が収まるのですが、今回はなかなかその感染者数が減りません。
原因は４つ考えられます。
- ５類に指定していないため、いまだに濃厚接触者を追って検査しているため
- 精度の不確かなPCR検査を実施しているため
- そのPCR検査での「陽性者」を「感染者」と報道しているため
- 無料検査を実施している
以下の４つ（上記と逆のことをすること）でこの騒動は収まります。
- ５類に下げて、症状が出た人だけに検査をする
- PCR検査に変わる検査に変える（抗体検査）
- 「陽性者数」ではなく、症状が出ている「感染者数」を報道する
- 無料検査をやめる
今回の２年半の騒動は、マスコミの煽り報道が一番の原因であり「パンデミック」ではなく「インフォデミック」だと思います。
The prefectural government has announced a one-month extension of free testing for asymptomatic prefectural residents who are concerned about contracting the new coronavirus until the end of June.
As I may have reported previously, there have been no published papers showing that asymptomatic persons have been infected. Also, the tests are expensive.
In the case of ordinary infectious diseases, the number of infected people does not seem to be decreasing, even though the number of infected people rapidly decreases after the peak of the disease.
There are four possible causes.
- The tests are still being conducted on persons in close contact because the disease has not been designated as a Category 5 disease.
- PCR tests of uncertain accuracy are being conducted.
- Because the “positive” persons in the PCR tests are reported as “infected” persons.
- They offer free testing.
The following four things (doing the opposite of the above) will stop this racket.
- Lower the number to 5 categories and test only those who have symptoms
- Change to a test that replaces the PCR test (antibody test)
- Report the number of “infected” people with symptoms, not the number of “positive” people
- Stop free testing.
I believe that the most important cause of this two and a half year uproar is the media’s incendiary reporting, which is not a “pandemic” but an “infodemic”.
